A "place" in the world where we do not act out of prejudice, we respect the interests of all countries and we do not succumb to political attitudes - civil, ordinary, human initiatives.
NGOs and volunteers are the ones who preserve a fragile peace, show the self-sufficiency and identity of Russia in civil initiatives and implemented practices that are in demand in the world and have no analogues. Ugra residents are involved in the creation of projects that strengthen friendship and build partnerships both within the region and outside the country. Successfully implemented practices from different regions of the world will contribute to the formation of a multipolar world!
