On November 16-17, Khanty-Mansiysk will host the VIII International Humanitarian Forum "Civil Initiatives of the Regions of the 60th Parallel". This year it is dedicated to the theme of the multipolarity of the world.

"In the difficult time of global upheavals and contradictions, the non-profit sector seeks and finds unifying ideas that transcend the boundaries of countries and ideologies. Initiatives of socially active people are aimed at improving the quality of life, identifying and developing talented youth, strengthening friendship and building partnerships both within their region and outside the country. Ugra traditionally becomes a home for generating such ideas: at the forum "Civic Initiatives of Regions of the 60th Parallel" we accept the best federal and world experience and share our own", - said Dmitry Safiollin, General Director of the Foundation "Center for Civil and Social Initiatives of Ugra".

The International Humanitarian Forum is held in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug for the 8th time. For social non-profit organizations, the forum will provide in-depth work on the real measurement of results from the social projects they implement. In real time, participants will have a chance to see the delayed, working and invisible effects of their work.

Active residents of Makeyevka, Ugra's sponsored city, will also participate in the forum.
